What sizes of modified shipping containers are available?
We supply standard 20ft and 40ft ISO shipping containers (Standard height 8ft 6in and High Cube 9ft 6in). We also perform complex modular conversions by linking multiple containers together horizontally or vertically.
Can modified containers be shipped by standard container vessels?
Yes. As long as external container modifications remain within ISO structural dimensions and corner casting clearance, modified units maintain valid CSC certification and can be shipped like standard freight cargo.
How do you protect container conversions from desert heat and corrosion?
We sandblast the Corten steel shell and apply multi-coat marine-grade epoxy primers and polyurethane topcoats. Internally, we install 50mm to 100mm high-density thermal insulation sandwich panels to keep interiors cool.
